1892 Trapper Takedown
The Winchester 1892 Trapper Takedown sports Marble's gold bead front sight and a Buckhorn-style rear sight. The Trapper comes with a Grade I walnut stock that has a polished crescent buttplate, a rifle forearm and cut class checkering. The stock has an oil finish and features tang safety and pistol grip. The steel receiver is high polish gloss blued just like the 16" octagon barrel. The nominal weight of this model is 6 lbs. 4 oz. and is available with the following caliber specifications: 44 Rem. Mag., 357 Mag. and 45 Colt, all having the same 16" barrel.
