The Ruger No. 1 International is offered with a sliding tang safety that guarantees instant visibility, security and accessibility. It packs a sculptured receiver that features a sturdy and robust configuration, forming a rigid support for the barrel, stock and the sliding breechblock. Just like other models from this series, it benefits from a patented Ruger scope mounting system that has quarter-rib integral scope bases that never shoot loose and can accommodate the Ruger scope rings, which come as standard with the gun. It also has a blade front with adjustable rear sights.
