K-Var Vepr and Mauser rifles

K-Var have expanded their already large catalogue of rifles with the introduction of their new Vepr and Mauser firearms. The Veprs are of an AK style with some sporting models being added too. They feature heavy-profiled barrels, together with much thicker, 1.5mm stamped receivers. Weighing in at around nine pounds, they are a user friendly gun and special attention will be drawn by both the Super and Pioneer versions. The Pioneer especially has a superb accuracy with an option of either 5 or 10 round magazines.

The Mauser's on the other hand are being developed with triggers that although single in design, are adjustable for individual comfort, or alternatively double set triggers, with or without iron sights. They have select-grade walnut stocks, which are fully functional and, in addition, they are also very easy on the eye. The small-caliber variation will also be imported very soon by K-Var in both .22 and .17, with a starting price of around $300.
