Model 8400 Tactical
The Kimber 8400 Tactical comes with a 24-inch steel barrel that has a matte blue finish and a bull contour. The manufacturer has fitted this model with a synthetic stock that has sling swivel studs (plus a front swivel stud for a bipod) and a Pachmayr Decelerator. Other goodies included in this model are the 5-round magazine capacity, the 3-position Model 70-type safety, a Mauser claw extractor and the front locking repeater, which can be found on several models developed by Kimber.
