$400 worth of Camo dipping contest

Rain Dance Hydrgraphics is giving away a total of $400 worth of hydrographic printing (a.k.a. camo dipping) The grand prize winner will receive $200 worth of hydrographic printing. The 1st place winner will receive a $100 worth of hydrgraphic printing. The 2nd AND 3rd place winners will each receive $50 worth of hydrographic printing.

Is the contest over or can I still apply ? Hope it is still available or a new similar one will be because I need some camo equipment but can't afford atm.
