The Tikka T3 rifles are manufactured by Finnish rifle manufacturer SAKO. SAKO (Suojeluskuntain Ase- ja Konepaja Oy, Civil Guard Gun- and Machiningworks Ltd) is a Finnish firearm manufacturer that was formed on June 1 st 1927 from the Suojeluskuntain Yliesikunnan Asepaja (Civil Guard Supreme Staff Gun Works). The Tikka T3 Hunter rifle features a glass-smooth action along with an adjustable and crisp trigger. The rifle is available for left-handed shooters as well. The overall length of the rifle is 1080mm and the barrel length is 570mm. The Hunter has a weight of 3,1 kg making it a light rifle, very easy to carry around. Regarding the calibers that can be used with this rifle, some of them are: .222 Rem, .243 Win, .25-06 Rem, 7mm Rem Mag and 338 Win Mag.
The single-stage trigger pull of the T3 Hunter rifle is adjustable from 1 kg to 2 kg (approximately 2 to 4 lbs). Safety is two-stage type and locks the rifle’s trigger and the bolt handle when engaged. All models are available with a single-set trigger as an option. The walnut stock is oil-finished as standard and has a butt-plate system where the length of the pull is adjustable by means of spacers. Matte-lacquered stocks are also available. Straight stock features ambidextrous palm swell.

The Tikka T3 Laminated Stainless is a sturdy and elegant rifle model from the T3 family. The rifle has all the ingredients of a T3 successful model: it offers a glass-smoothing action, it is equipped with an adjustable trigger (2-4 lbs), a drop-free detachable magazine that can hold 3 up to 4 cartridges and a very pleasant to the eye exterior design. The all-stainless construction of this T3 model along with durable laminated stock make this rifle a very durable and resistant model. The overall length of the rifle is 1080mm while the barrel length is 570mm.
The weight of the rifle is about 3.1 kg making it a rather light weapon, very easy to carry around. This model is available in 10 cartridges ranging from the .243 Win to the well-known .338 Win Mag, including the .270 and .300 WSM chambering. The rifle’s free-floating, stainless steel barrel is cold hammer-forged. The stock of the Tikka T3 Laminated Stainless model is made of gray mattelacquered hardwood laminated and comes with a butt-plate system.

The Tikka T3 Varmint Stainless model was designed thinking at the most demanding varminter in the world that is why this rifle has all it takes to be the ultimate varmint rifle. The rifle’s modular synthetic stock offers a wide beavertail fore-end, a non-reflective finish and a raised-comb cheekpiece. The magazine is drop-free detachable and can hold 3, 5 or 6 rounds.
