The 300 AAC Blackout Semi-Automatic

The eagerly awaited 300 AAC Blackout Semi-Automatic AR-15 is set to completely change the perspective and effect on chosen targets for hunters. A new and sophisticated system allows higher massed calibre projectiles to be launched from an AR platform, without the need for a reduction in magazine capacity, whilst remaining compatible with a standard bolt.

There is also the option to use subsonic cartridges with a sound suppressor for greater penetration and long range accuracy. In hunting, it resembles a 30-30 butt from an AR, meaning once completed, the 5 round magazine can be removed. The super efficiency of the cartridges gives the effect of a rifle that is exceptionally comfortable to shoot with, even allowing for the fact that it has a short barrel.

This is a product of the development of the Advanced Armament Corporation (AAC), part of the Freedom Group of Companies which include: Marlin, Remington and Bushmaster amongst others. It is this association that allows the financial clout that funds the development of these specialized weapons and supports all similar ventures.
